 Heather has 14 years mortgage banking experience working for various lenders in Maine and Rhode Island and has spent the last three years working in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program within the Housing department here at Penquis. In the Section 8 department, Heather’s primary focus was conducting the housing inspections for all voucher holders within Penobscot, Waldo, Piscataquis and Waldo counties. She will not only be working as a loan officer, but also assisting clients in a foreclosure prevention counseling role. Heather has had extensive experience in mortgage loans from originating, processing, closing and decision making and prides herself in the best way to make a loan work for her clients.

Heather is a local resident of Newburgh and is the proud owner of a registered Morgan horse that she enjoys riding and showing in her time off.
