Foreclosure Prevention Counseling:

MaineStream Finance, a HUD approved counseling agency, offers face to face or phone counseling when individuals or families are facing foreclosure. These services are offered through funds made available by USDA and CHAPPA. Counseling is set up in 1 hour increments and will cover options besides foreclosure, budgeting and an action plan.
